How Water Therapy Helped Me As A Uni Student!

 

Drinking water in the morning is something I never tried to practice and did not even know how it could be good for oneself health.

But to speak the frank, this totally helped me so much more than I even imagine and expected..


So stick with me to the end of the article.. to know how beneficial water therapy can literally help you as well

I used to be a student who experiences severe stomach pains in the morning not purposely knowing the reason why


Sometimes I was doubtful it might be a stomach ulcer and did even went for a clinical checkups but I was only told it was a normal stomach pain and not something relating to ulcer.


And the only medical advice I was given was to practice water therapy cause being someone who was eating very late and after the meals too I just rushes to bed, because I will already be tired and had to sleep that instant.


Going to class done and personal studies and cleanup activities all done for the day.

Have you ever encountered a problem where you really feel to sleep in the night but don’t know what keeps you awake till it becomes late and you can’t no longer enjoy the sleep and in just a couple of hours after you slept, it’s almost don and you’re awake for class and you then feel restless, stressed out and don’t even feel like to go for lectures anymore.


This is an experience I use to struggle with until I started a water therapy and this changed for me, early before 8-9PM when I usually sleep, I make sure I drink at 2 cups of water before to cool my temperature down and allow my body to rest.

Ever had this feeling of waking up in the morning and wants to really be active and get all your daily tasks done before lectures but keeps procrastinating over and over because you feel restless or don’t even feel like you’re energized for that particular activity, trust me I use to battle with body weakness and tiredness in the morning after I wake from bed, until I started practicing water therapy every time I woke up and everything changed for me.


Though in the beginning you might find it harder to always dehydrate after you brush your teeth in the morning but with continual practice you’ll become used to it.
